Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the functionality and efficiency of computer systems across one or more operating systems.
  • •Re-enable ports and change VLANs on access switches; install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware across multiple security classifications.
  • •Provide on-site and off-site technical solutions and incident response, including troubleshooting and system restoration/verification.
  • •Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot studio and desktop video teleconferencing systems; image and configure mobile systems (laptops and tablets).
