Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide rich synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students in an online environment.
  • •Personalize instruction by differentiating based on student mastery and augmenting course content using prescribed tools and policies.
  • •Maintain grade books, manage student placement/promotion decisions, and alert administrators to performance and progress concerns.
  • •Establish and maintain positive rapport with families; communicate with students and learning coaches/parents and support them with curricular and troubleshooting needs.
  • •Prepare students for high-stakes standardized tests and travel as required for professional development and student testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •Active state teaching license; if certification is from another state, complete Indiana reciprocity within 60 days of employment.
