Laminate Tube Manager

Oversee the Laminate Department and its production processes, driving cost savings and implementing preventive maintenance across all equipment. Coordinate maintenance downtime with Scheduling, lead and train department personnel, and provide safety-focused guidance to group leaders and supervisors. Manage department spend within budget, maintain annual capital and operating expenditure lists, run operational meetings, and ensure ISO and SQF standards are met.
