Create in-store customer experiences by explaining and demonstrating Cox products, making consultative recommendations, and driving sales while meeting customer experience and retention targets. Assist with opening/closing store environments, handle cash, and support teammates. Stay current on Cox and competitor offerings through training, participate in workshops and demos, and be flexible with evenings, weekends, and holidays in the Virginia Beach retail location.
