Job Summary

Lead operational governance and service delivery for enterprise Observability and Developer Platform services, bridging Engineering, Operations Support, Infrastructure, Application Teams, Security, vendors, and business stakeholders. Own end-to-end service delivery, service level management (KPIs/SLAs/OLAs), major incident and escalation management, and problem management to drive lasting resolution. Ensure compliance, manage capacity/availability/performance, and deliver executive reporting and continuous modernization across monitoring and CI/CD ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end service delivery for Observability, Monitoring, Event Management, and Developer Tooling platforms, ensuring operational excellence and stability.
•Establish and monitor service level objectives, KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, and operational scorecards to drive service maturity and customer satisfaction.
•Act as a primary liaison across Engineering, Infrastructure, Operations Support, Security, vendors, and application owners; facilitate production support transitions for upgrades and new capabilities.
•Own enterprise-wide major incident management, serve as escalation owner for high-priority incidents, and lead post-incident reviews, RCA, and corrective action planning.
•Ensure compliance with enterprise security, regulatory, and operational standards; manage capacity planning and vendor/third-party service performance while driving continuous improvement and modernization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
•12+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations, Service Delivery, Platform Operations, Engineering Operations, or Production Support.
•Extensive experience operating within large-scale, highly regulated enterprise environments.
•Proven experience managing enterprise observability and monitoring ecosystems.
•Strong understanding of ITIL disciplines (Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, Availability, Service Level) and experience managing major incidents and production escalations.
