Own VAT compliance for multiple registrations across 15 European countries within the European Indirect Tax team. Work with outsourced partner KPMG and European Finance teams to manage compliance, balance sheet items, and tax authority/audit relationships. Monitor VAT/IDT developments, guide VAT-linked process areas, and lead technical initiatives including ERP updates, tax engine implementation, and e-invoicing. Provide expertise for complex transactions and support other indirect tax areas like CBAM, customs, and plastic packaging tax.

•Ensure VAT compliance requirements and obligations are met with support from outsourced partner KPMG.
•Manage VAT/IDT developments by monitoring, reviewing, and implementing changes across multiple VAT registrations.

•Manage tax authority and audit relationships.
•Lead VAT-linked strategic and technical initiatives, including guidance to associated functions and IT projects such as ERP updates, tax engine implementation, and e-invoicing.
