Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the presentation, functionality, and safety of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities.
  • •Undertake general property repairs and maintenance as required.
  • •Assist in executing the preventative maintenance program and support optimal property performance.
  • •Conduct regular inspections across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
  • •Maintain accurate daily work records and support the Maintenance Manager with contractor works and maintenance projects.

Salary: AUD 34.96 - 48.95 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous hands-on building or property maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • •A relevant trade qualification (e.g. carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting or similar).
  • •Experience supporting or implementing preventative maintenance programs.
  • •Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
