Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage technology deliveries for Wealth and Premier Solutions, including initiation, approach, budgets, risks/issues, and stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments, and system changes.
  • •Drive delivery governance and methodologies using standard project management tools and coordinate with delivery managers and teams across business units.
  • •Support technology teams to proactively manage scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies, communications, and budgets.
  • •Provide leadership to ensure projects align with wider program objectives and manage change portfolio across HSBC.
  • •Ensure timely reporting of project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to management, stakeholders, and steering committees; recommend actions to maintain progress and benefits realization.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of technology project/program/delivery management experience, preferably within Wealth and Premier Solutions, with 15+ years overall experience.
  • •Knowledge of retail banking and strategy products, including Vision plus and surrounding teams/applications such as HUB, staff/customer channels, messaging, utilities, alerts, operations, BI systems, and external interfaces (Visa, MasterCard, Idemia, loyalty partners).
  • •Experience managing 3rd-party vendors and consultancies.
  • •Agile delivery experience and proficiency with tracking/process tools such as Rally and JIRA.
  • •Ability to work in an unstructured, changing environment; manage backlog, requirements gathering/journey mapping with business stakeholders, and influence decision-making while aligning delivery to program objectives.
