Job Summary

Own how complex systems are delivered to customers end-to-end: translate business outcomes into delivery plans, run day-to-day execution across teams, embed with customer workflows, and drive adoption through readiness and change management. Lead technical delivery across interdependent workstreams, manage dependencies and sequencing, and measure value via ROI/KPIs. Partner with Product and Research and codify reusable solution patterns from field learnings.

•Own the technical delivery plan for multiple interdependent workstreams, translating business objectives into milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
•Run day-to-day engineering execution by tracking delivery across OpenAI and customer teams, unblocking progress, and making trade-offs to protect the critical path.
•Embed with customer teams to land production deployments, mapping workflows, shaping tools/integrations, and leading onboarding, adoption, and change management.
•Partner with Product and Research so platform components and research workstreams land in time to support deployment goals.
•Codify reusable solution patterns and evals, and run pre-/post-deployment measurement to own value cases and ROI using KPIs.

•Experience leading large, complex, high-stakes customer engagements requiring tight coordination and fast decision-making, ideally involving AI.

•Strong technical fluency: move between system-level understanding and execution detail, map constraints, sketch architectures, and ship solutions.
•Have shipped AI/LLM systems and understand solution patterns, integration basics, and production pitfalls.
