Key Responsibilities

  • •Support safe, compliant, and efficient production operations aligned with EHS standards and internal policies.
  • •Operate CNC machine tools and systems including setup, programming, daily inspection, maintenance, and upkeep.
  • •Develop and adjust CNC programs, perform first-piece setup/verification, and ensure accurate machining outcomes.
  • •Record production and quality data accurately and consistently; maintain tools, equipment, and measuring instruments.
  • •Identify and resolve machining/process issues and apply continuous improvement practices (5S, lean initiatives, OEE, TPM).

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on CNC machining experience, including programming, setup, and operation of machining centers and lathes.
