Job Summary

Lead TikTok Local Services’ Governance and Experience efforts for the US dining ecosystem. You will build and manage a small team, create data-driven governance policies, reduce risks across merchants, listings, creators, content, and fulfillment, and design feedback, service, and fulfillment strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams (Algorithm, Product, Engineering, Legal) to enhance ecosystem health, and use data-driven investigation to respond to emergencies and mitigate incentive abuse.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a small team of governance and experience experts to create data-driven governance policies and strategies for US-based Local Services Dining.
•Reduce risks across governance areas including merchants, listings, creators, content, and fulfillment to mitigate platform losses and incentive abuse.
•Create policies and processes to collect and manage user feedback and develop fulfillment and service experience strategies for customers, creators, and sellers.
•Develop and implement strategies to ensure a strong business experience for merchants and creators while mitigating risks.
•Monitor ecosystem health using data-driven and investigative methods; respond to emergencies and conduct ad-hoc investigations as needed.

Key Requirements

•5+ years driving data-driven governance and experience programs in O2O, Local Services, E-commerce, strategy consulting, operations, content risks, seller risks, seller operations, or trust & safety initiatives.
•3+ years of experience managing a team.
•Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Data Analytics.
•Strategic thinking plus program management and communication skills to manage complex projects and influence cross-functional teams.
•Familiarity with O2O/E-commerce/local services and governance, customer experience, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
