Job Summary

Own the E-commerce product backlog under the Ecommerce PM, working in a cross-functional feature team with a Product Owner, QA and developers (front-end & back-end) to define and refine user stories, ensure backlog quality, and align with business objectives. Drive AI-enabled value, leverage OMS and partner reservation APIs, and supervise delivery from ideation to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide detailed documentation for developers and manage the backlog.
•Assist the Product Manager in identifying and expressing needs; organize features by breaking them into user stories; formalize user stories with a user-centric approach and understand impacts.
•Continuously refine the backlog and user stories; regularly reevaluate impacts; prioritize stories based on business value, effort and technical/functional knowledge.
•Contribute to making AI a concrete value lever by identifying, prioritizing and evaluating high-value use cases from scoping to deployment when relevant.
•Ensure the quality of deliverables by implementing and executing tests on user stories during each iteration and organizing product demonstrations at the end of each iteration.

Key Requirements

•Approximately 5 years of PO experience, ideally in e-commerce
•Experience with front office/back office order management systems (OMS) for e-commerce
•Strong understanding of API-based integrations for reservations/partner solutions
•Ability to elicit, challenge and document multiple business requirements through workshops
•Capability to prioritize and break down work into features/user stories in coordination with the Product Manager
