Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement enterprise storage solutions across Dell and NetApp environments.
  • •Perform installation, configuration, and migration activities, including patch/microcode upgrades and data migrations to NetApp C Mode.
  • •Manage storage performance, capacity, and availability while leading problem management activities and RCA for complex issues.
  • •Prepare HLD/LLD, SOPs, and audit-ready documentation; configure and manage ONTAP components such as clusters, SVMs, volumes, qtrees, and snapshots.
  • •Collaborate with backup, cloud, and virtualization teams, and mentor BAU support teams as an individual contributor.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience with Dell Storage (PowerStore/Unity/PowerMax) plus Dell ECS Object Storage and Dell Isilon/PowerScale (PowerScale).
  • •Expertise designing and implementing storage solutions using SAN/NAS protocols including FC, iSCSI, NFS, and SMB.
  • •Ability to prepare HLD/LLD, SOPs, and audit-ready documentation for enterprise storage deployments.
  • •NetApp NAS experience providing L3 support for NetApp ONTAP C Mode/CDOT, including cluster configuration, SVM/volume-based replication, and LIF setup.
  • •Strong troubleshooting and performance skills, including RCA using tools such as NetApp Active IQ Manager, OCUM, and OnCommand System Manager.
