•Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to turn business outcomes into scalable, resilient technical solutions.
•Operate across the full system lifecycle, from discovery and architecture through production operations, reliability, performance, and cost optimisation.
•Raise the technical bar through engineering standards, guiding design reviews, and mentoring senior engineers; proactively address technical debt and cross-team dependencies.
