Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and coordinate international LTL groupage, collection, and distribution operations.
  • •Analyze customer requirements and identify efficient transport solutions balancing cost, transit time, capacity, and service quality.
  • •Ensure completeness and accuracy of TMS data (addresses, contacts, dimensions, weights, loading metres, chargeable weight).
  • •Consolidate shipments through hubs/terminals, coordinate collection and distribution flows, and create and issue transport orders to carriers.
  • •Monitor execution via Track & Trace systems, manage carrier activities and compliance against deadlines, track operational KPIs, verify documentation, and prepare regular operational reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed secondary education or a university degree, plus at least two years of relevant experience in international transport, logistics, groupage, distribution, or related work.
  • •Solid knowledge of international LTL groupage, collection, distribution, shipment consolidation, cross-docking, logistics hubs, and distribution networks.
  • •Good understanding of chargeable weight, volumetric calculations, loading metres, vehicle types, transport-capacity planning, and logistics cost structures.
  • •Good knowledge of the European transport industry, geography, and key international logistics corridors.
  • •Intermediate to upper-intermediate English proficiency; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
