Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development and deployment of global SEAL initiatives to standardize manufacturing best-known methods (BKMs) and improve operational excellence.
  • •Drive Wafer Per Day (WPD), utilization, manufacturing availability (MA), and productivity improvements via process and equipment optimization.
  • •Partner with sites and global stakeholders to identify performance gaps and execute improvement roadmaps, ensuring alignment across technology nodes and fabs.
  • •Identify, develop, and deploy AI-enabled engineering solutions to simplify workflows and improve decision quality, including generative AI and AI agents.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert to prioritize and deploy pilot programs, track program progress and impact metrics, and train/mentor teams on AI utilization best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.

  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, equipment performance, process optimization, and productivity improvement methodologies.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving organizational alignment.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Generative AI, AI Agents, and data analytics platforms) to improve work efficiency and decision-making.
