Job Summary

Serve as the primary troubleshooter and trusted partner for branch clients, handling complex client service issues and transitioning clients to bankers for deeper financial wellness conversations. Lead and coach tellers to ensure accurate, efficient teller transactions, compliance with regulatory, security, and audit controls, and strong client experience. Manage teller line scheduling and branch operational standards, support new teller onboarding and training, and help promote products based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide distinctive client service in-branch and help resolve complex client servicing issues as a resource for tellers and clients.
•Coach tellers to perform teller functions efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with procedures in an in-person setting.
•Manage day-to-day teller line operations, including teller scheduling and providing direction on operational/regulatory procedures.
•Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and transition clients to a Banker appropriately.
•Support compliance by balancing cash drawers, following audit/security procedures, and assisting with onboarding and training new tellers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
•Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
•Minimum of 3 years of cash handling experience (required).
•Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
•Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and manage multiple tasks organizationally (required).
