Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the deployment, adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of Digital Well Program (DWP) solutions for a client in Pau, France.
  • •Apply drilling/workflow digitalization and Landmark domain expertise to improve planning quality, collaboration, execution efficiency, and consistency of well delivery processes.
  • •Define requirements, configure solutions, and deliver training, workshops, and change management to drive sustainable adoption.
  • •Provide technical consulting and customer-facing workshop/whiteboarding support, including requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
  • •Contribute to continuous improvement and collaboration by sharing DWP best practices and supporting project execution excellence, technical assurance, and business growth.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in drilling engineering/well planning/well delivery workflows, Landmark consulting/digital drilling solutions, enterprise software implementation in E&P/drilling domains, technical customer-facing consulting roles, or AI solutions implementations.
  • •Undergraduate degree in geo-science, engineering, computer science, or business, plus a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • •Strong understanding of drilling and well planning/execution workflows using Landmark Engineer’s Desktop Suite.
  • •Experience translating operational/business needs into technical solution requirements and delivering customer workshops and training.
  • •Highly desirable: hands-on experience with Landmark solutions and digital workflow deployment, plus change management and cross-functional project delivery experience.
