Job Summary

Own day-to-day People operations across the employee lifecycle, supporting onboarding and offboarding, internal movements, and accurate HR record updates. Manage employee requests and service pathways, respond to policy/benefits/system questions, and drive improvements to HR workflows and compliance. Partner with People Partners, Payroll, and IT to support documentation, data integrity, performance review cycles, engagement surveys, and continual process scalability.

Key Responsibilities

•Support onboarding and offboarding, including background checks, new hire documentation, and leaver administration.
•Manage internal movements (promotions, transfers) with People Partners and IT, updating necessary documentation and records.
•Ensure accurate employee data and documents throughout the lifecycle, including leaves and HR compliance processes.
•Handle employee support pathways and requests, escalating complex cases and managing resolution through Jira or shared inboxes.
•Support HR operations programs such as annual performance reviews, engagement surveys, handbook/policy updates, and continuous process improvements.

Key Requirements

•2+ years in People Operations, HR Administration, or a related field, or a relevant degree.
•Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ideally across Colombia, Brazil, US, and Canada.
•Experience with HR systems; BambooHR and Culture Amp are strong advantages.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong digital literacy.
•Excellent organization and attention to detail, with strong English communication and discretion for confidential information.
