Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions across the people lifecycle, triaging and resolving issues or escalating complex cases.
  • •Support the People team in preparing and processing documentation for onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle events.
  • •Own the accuracy and integrity of employee data in Rippling, including job changes, background checks, and lifecycle updates.
  • •Support compliance related processes, documentation, and audits across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Identify trends and gaps in the employee experience to inform process improvements, policy updates, and employee communications.

  • •2+ years of experience in People Operations, Employee Experience, or a similar shared service role in a fast-paced organization.
