Job Summary

Own store sales and profitability by leading visual merchandising and partnering with the Visual Manager and Operations team. Execute key operational tasks (shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates, supply management) while maintaining product presentation through recovery and restock/destock. Plan and execute visual direction to meet budgets and timelines, use reporting to identify opportunities with placement and stock levels, and coach team members through daily operations and guest experience.

•Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
•Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising through product recovery, restock, destock, and implementing visual merchandising changes with the Visual Manager.
•Plan and adapt visual floor changes with the management team, including payroll management and zone/visual support based on business needs.
•Execute and maintain visual direction from planning through execution to meet company expectations, budgets, and timelines.
•Lead daily operations and guest experience; partner with management on coaching, guidance, recruitment, and development of talent.
