Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising through product recovery, restock, destock, and implementing visual merchandising changes with the Visual Manager.
  • •Plan and adapt visual floor changes with the management team, including payroll management and zone/visual support based on business needs.
  • •Execute and maintain visual direction from planning through execution to meet company expectations, budgets, and timelines.
  • •Lead daily operations and guest experience; partner with management on coaching, guidance, recruitment, and development of talent.
