Cybersecurity SOC Analyst

Support Fiserv’s Cybersecurity Incident Response Team (CSIRT) by monitoring and triaging security alerts, performing initial investigations across endpoint, network, identity, email, cloud, and application log sources, and analyzing SIEM/SOAR data. Document findings and escalate confirmed incidents to Tier 2 handlers. Work a shift schedule as part of a 24x7x365 follow-the-sun coverage model, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
