Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary cost management liaison with client and other project stakeholders
  • •Handle pre- and post-contract duties including cost estimates, procurement, tendering, contract administration, variation, and final accounts
  • •Perform feasibility studies and write procurement reports
  • •Estimate and cost plan, and present final cost plan to stakeholders
  • •Tendering and procurement management including pre-qualification, tender lists, preliminaries, analysis, and contractual documentation

Salary: 63,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • •Proven track record delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying across full project lifecycle
  • •Experience leading cost management commissions for large, complex construction projects
  • •Technical knowledge of data centre facilities or related asset types
  • •Good knowledge of construction methods and procurement; experience with multiple estimating tools and databases; strong German and English written/spoken skills
