Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the roadmap for AI-enabled governance and data governance platform capabilities.
•Identify and deliver AI governance use cases including automated onboarding, metadata enrichment/classification, and workflow automation with policy enforcement.
•Design agentic workflows that automate multi-step governance processes and integrate across platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra, Glue).
•Define requirements for LLM-powered features (search, recommendations, metadata interpretation) and RAG-based knowledge and discovery experiences.
•Partner with engineering and enterprise data stakeholders, define success metrics (accuracy, adoption, efficiency, cost), and manage/scale a governance product delivery team.
