Own store visual and product strategy as a member of the store leadership team, driving efficient visual merchandising and customer readiness. Oversee visual standards using business performance data, plan and execute floor changes, and manage visual direction from planning through implementation. Partner on budget and KPI reporting, represent the business in meetings, and lead the visual team through coaching, development, and succession planning.
