Collaborates with Architects, IP, CAD/Methodology, and package teams while balancing power, performance, and area to meet schedules.Requires strong leadership and cross-geography mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the Physical Design for one complete Chiplet on advanced technology nodes preferably TSMC 2nm or 3nm
•Work with Architects, IP teams, CAD/Methodology teams and internal PD stakeholders like FCFP, FCT, TilePnR, PV from a technical standpoint
•Drive for best PPA attainments, optimize latency on datapaths, and coordinate with package teams on power delivery and interdependencies
•Signoff the Chiplet for Tapeout from Physical Design aspect
•Mentor and guide teams across geographies to elevate PD knowledge and capabilities

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 7,000,630 - 10,000,900 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in Physical Design handling full chip activities and signoff
•Excellent communication, management, and presentation skills
•Strong experience with full chip floorplanning, timing targets across PVTs, and Tile/Full-Chip PnR
•Ability to collaborate across architectures, IP, CAD/Methodology, and package teams
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline
