Own production support and reliability for the Lumen Connect portal ecosystem, driving incident management improvements and AI-assisted outage triage. Build automation and infrastructure-as-code workflows on AWS using Terraform, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to modernize delivery and operational excellence.
