•Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
•Demonstrate product expertise by educating and empowering clients throughout their beauty journey.
•Stay current on beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice.
•Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
•Support inventory and merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming environment and following company policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 18.85 - 23.55 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience providing excellent service and building client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
•Passion for beauty and trends, with a strong interest in empowering clients’ confidence journeys.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work collaboratively in an inclusive, goal-oriented environment.
•Ability to learn quickly and share product knowledge; physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
