Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a focused portfolio of delivery partners (VAPT providers, audit and assessment firms, vCISO practices, and compliance law firms) and help identify and qualify new partners for coverage gaps.
  • •Execute and improve Delivery Partnerships playbooks for onboarding, partner engagement, co-sell motions, and partner enablement; document what works and recommend changes.
  • •Support partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline goals by working with RevOps and sales on accurate lead exchange, attribution, stages, and next steps.
  • •Coordinate between delivery partners and Sprinto teams (product, customer experience, and sales) to translate partner needs into clear feedback and route to the right owners.
  • •Track partner coverage and quality indicators (accreditation, peer-review standing where applicable, SLA performance) and flag gaps or risks early.

Key Requirements

  • •4–7 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, customer-facing program management, or business development, with exposure to GRC, audit, compliance, or security advisory.
  • •Manage a partner portfolio or materially contribute to a partner program, turning signed agreements into active relationships that deliver customer and commercial outcomes.
  • •Deep understanding of enterprise security, governance, risk, and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST, NIS2, and TISAX.
