Job Summary

Validate and support automated test solutions for electronic test and measurement products by verifying hardware/software integration and ensuring test systems are ready for product release. Own test solutions after deployment on the production floor, act as a liaison between R&D and manufacturing, and perform verification and validation testing using HW/SW tools. Manage technology transfers and help coordinate compatible final products across software and electronics.

Key Responsibilities

•Validate automated test solutions using Gage R&R and other methods to ensure readiness for product release.
•Provide full ownership of test solutions after deployment on the production floor and keep them in good, available condition.
•Perform unit, integration, and systems verification and validation testing using HW/SW tools and review test methodologies and algorithms.
•Act as a liaison between R&D and Manufacturing Operations to deliver corrective actions and feedback based on root cause determinations.
•Manage technology transfers and transfer test systems between manufacturing sites to support product manufacturing strategy.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or equivalent from an accredited engineering program.
•Less than 2 years of experience in a multinational electronic-manufacturing environment; fresh graduates are welcomed.
•Experience with automated test suites, including LabVIEW and TestStand.
•Understanding of schematics and hardware/software analysis, and ability to perform verification and validation testing.
•Good interpersonal skills to gain cross-functional support and communicate effectively in English.
