Coordinate end-to-end immigration cases for employees at the Warsaw plant, partnering with employees and external counsel to ensure compliant, timely processes. Own HR operations data in Workday, maintain data accuracy for updates and reporting, and organize onboarding logistics to set new hires up for Day 1 success. Collaborate across HR and management to deliver smooth, scalable immigration workflows.
