Job Summary

Lead retail execution strategy and planning to drive Perfect Store performance across Meijer Region & Market levels. Collaborate with the Customer Business Team (CBT) to set priorities, communicate results and store-level insights, and develop action plans to course-correct. Partner with and train a third-party (Acosta) team, use data/benchmarks to identify opportunities, and share competitive intelligence while continuously improving execution methods. Remote with periodic travel/visits.

•Lead and coordinate third-party (Acosta) communication and train in-store reps on product and CBT knowledge.
•Use data and benchmarking to identify opportunities and implement action plans; communicate competitive information and drive continuous improvement.

Salary: USD 89,800 - 112,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•Prefer seasoned years of proven consumer package goods industry experience or similar experience.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
•Strong sales, finance, category planning and/or analytical background.
•Strong oral and written communication skills, including reporting and presentation, with excellent organization and project management.
