Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Card Tech+ finance team by driving the team’s agenda and supporting associate growth and development.
  • •Serve as a strategic advisor to key partners using financial insights to influence actions and results.
  • •Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide regular updates on strategic initiatives.
  • •Communicate analytic insights through clear, high-impact, “executive-ready” presentations.
  • •Own budget and forecast accuracy, analyze key cost drivers, and develop recommendations based on financial trajectory and results.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 187,300 - 213,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance or another quantitative discipline, or military experience.
  • •At least 7 years of experience in finance, business analytics, accounting, strategy consulting, or a combination.
  • •At least 4 years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function.
  • •At least 3 years of people management experience.
  • •Preferred: MBA/Finance or CFA/CPA (or equivalent preferred qualifications).
