Key Responsibilities

•Source and recruit customer and industry speakers for tradeshows, webinars, and field events; manage outreach, vet candidates, and shepherd confirmations from first contact to event day
•Collaborate with Customer Success to identify customers for reviews on G2 and Gartner; build and run outreach campaigns and track results
•Develop supporting materials for customer stories to enable GTM teams with compelling narratives
•Manage gifting logistics across customer lifecycle touchpoints, including sourcing options and coordinating orders
•Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions to ensure alignment and execution of programs

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50 - 65 hourly

Key Requirements

•2-3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS from a marketing or a customer-facing role
•Strong writing skills: ability to write polished sales enablement materials that convey customer challenges and Zip's solutions
•Strong project management skills: organized, self-directed, able to juggle multiple programs
•Comfortable working cross-functionally, especially with Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions
•Proven speaker sourcing experience (nice to have)
