Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee bid strategies, pricing, teaming, proposal strategies, and the transition from opportunity to award.
  • •Develop and manage capture planning and opportunity analysis, including driving proposal themes, messaging, differentiation, and innovation.
  • •Provide market insights, support legal/risk/contract reviews, and lead readiness to win and executive reviews.
  • •Identify and coordinate teaming/subcontracting arrangements; establish go/no-go review gates and maintain price-to-win analyses.
  • •Maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) opportunity data and collaborate with sales, account, technical, and marketing teams to meet sales targets.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA in engineering, environmental science, soil science, geology, or an earth science-related field plus 10 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Including 2 years of leadership experience.
  • •Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship is required.
  • •Candidate must be residing inside mainland USA territory; US citizens based outside the US are not considered unless willing to relocate within US mainland.
