Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with business and HR leadership across multiple units to ensure local HR strategy aligns with global business unit HR priorities.
  • •Provide operational HR support for the business, partnering with HR functional experts as needed, and ensure employees experience seamless HR processes.
  • •Coach, develop, and challenge the management team on execution of business priorities and people leadership.
  • •Drive identification, selection, and retention of world-class talent in close collaboration with the talent acquisition team.
  • •Provide leadership and expertise across HR functions (employee relations, compensation, employee experience, engagement, and organizational change) and manage HR staff of five.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of professional HR generalist experience working with Mexico, with strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and industry trends in a matrixed environment.
  • •Experience leading smooth implementation of the full HR lifecycle with knowledge of local employment practices; international experience is a plus.
  • •Track record in HR transformations or organizational change, including effective listening, investigation, and using data to identify root causes for resolution.
  • •Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, prioritize, set goals, and navigate ambiguity across different organizational levels.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
