Greet guests, scan and verify tickets, help attendees find their seats, answer questions, and resolve guest concerns. Support accessibility needs, follow emergency instructions, and participate in venue recycling and sustainability efforts. Assist with end-of-show venue closeout tasks and other duties requested by management.

•Guide guests to exits or provide assistance during emergencies, including helping patrons with special needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.9 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
•At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
•Ability to constantly walk, climb stairs, and occasionally sit, lift, and carry 25 lbs.+.
