Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive business development in the healthcare market by cultivating client relationships, identifying opportunities, and supporting proposal development and presentations.
  • •Manage all facets of project delivery (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multiple healthcare projects, including planning through closeout.
  • •Read and apply standards to sophisticated real-estate project documents (agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings).
  • •Interface directly with clients to define requirements, prepare scope and delivery resources, and develop cost estimates, budgets, cash flow, schedules, milestones, and quality control.
  • •Implement change management routines for change requests (assess impacts, secure approvals, issue change orders) and lead constructability reviews and risk mitigation/contingency planning; track progress and report status/variances.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (architecture, engineering, construction management, cost management).
  • •Minimum 10 years of related healthcare construction experience and/or training.
  • •Recent and significant experience within healthcare project sectors and projects.
  • •Strongly preferred: North & South Carolina healthcare experience, including complex renovation projects.
  • •Prior supervisory experience with direct report responsibilities; ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under pressure.
