  • •Significant experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or commercial management across complex capital projects.
  • •Experience leading major commissions and multidisciplinary teams, driving successful project outcomes and business growth.
  • •Strong knowledge of NEC, JCT, and other standard forms of contract, with MRICS (or equivalent professional qualification).
