Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel files and prepare HR forms, reports, and personnel action requests (PARs).
  • •Support tracking of employee assignments, rotations, leave, and contract-mandated requirements.
  • •Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including new hire documentation, background checks, coordination with site security/IT, and exit documentation/property return.
  • •Maintain time and attendance records in compliance with Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) requirements and process leave requests, overtime authorizations, and shift adjustments.
  • •Provide HR and benefits support, respond to routine employee inquiries, and support compliance, audits, inspections, and government reporting requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21.05 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s or bachelor’s in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent preferred will be considered.
  • •2–4 years of HR, administrative, or personnel support experience, preferably in a military contractor or Army site environment.
  • •Familiarity with DoD or Army HR processes is highly desirable.
  • •Knowledge of HR administrative practices, personnel recordkeeping, and compliance requirements, including basic labor regulation understanding (FLSA, EEO, FMLA, FAR/DFARS clauses).
  • •Experience with HRIS or timekeeping systems (Deltek, Kronos, Costpoint, or similar) preferred.
