Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as technical lead on the live install thread, running pre-install prep calls and owning shift handoffs.
  • •Troubleshoot mid-install network issues including ISP circuit turn-up, VLAN mismatches, port configuration, DHCP/reservations, routing, and tunnel/firewall failures.
  • •Own final sign-off before a network goes live by validating hardware is online, confirming NOS, and executing VLAN auto-config.
  • •Track and document progress across active deployments, pushing updates to technical project managers and stakeholders and surfacing blockers.
  • •Close the feedback loop with recurring failure pattern analysis and partnering to ship playbooks, tooling, or product fixes.
