Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end planning and execution of projects and Agile/Kanban teams, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, releases, and communications.
  • •Coach multiple teams through the software development life cycle using Agentic Development, Kanban, Agile/Scrum, and Lean practices to drive quality and on-time delivery into production.
  • •Manage product backlog and planning activities including dependency and risk management, architecture completion, backlog grooming, demos/reviews, retrospectives, and ceremonies in an agentic environment.
  • •Track and remove impediments, facilitate discussion and conflict resolution, coach estimation techniques, and shield the team from outside distractions.
  • •Develop metrics and reports and ensure program compliance with Visa’s project management methodology and key controls; lead release planning and help mitigate security vulnerabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • •7+ years of experience as an Analyst, Technical Project/Program Manager, or Developer working with enterprise software applications.
  • •Hands-on experience with Claude, Git, Jira, and JA.
  • •Strong knowledge of project management, ADLC/SDLC principles, and agile frameworks.
  • •Ability to work with global teams and lead/influence across time zones with strong analytical and communication skills.
