Thermoform Process Tech (3rd Shift)

Operate and monitor thermoforming equipment to ensure safe, smooth, and efficient production. Perform line start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers, troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime and scrap, and conduct in-process quality checks. Maintain required environmental, health, and safety compliance while completing documentation and recording production data in systems like WebEFF. Support operators with defects and rework and help QA by verifying product specifications.
