Job Summary

Maintain the safety and functionality of production equipment, building, and grounds to support efficient product manufacturing. Install and remove electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components; troubleshoot system failures and recommend repairs; and design, fabricate, and weld machine components or fixtures. Perform preventative maintenance and inspections, maintain safe/clean work areas, document malfunctions, and collaborate with operators and technicians to resolve equipment and component needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Remove and install electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical machine components to support safe, efficient production equipment operation.
•Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems to identify causes of failures and recommend repairs.
•Design, fabricate, and weld machine components or fixtures and ensure equipment functionality.
•Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections on facility equipment as scheduled.
•Maintain cleanliness, functionality, and safety of maintenance tools and work areas; perform repairs to building and grounds equipment as needed.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
•Experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
•Experience with a maintenance management system.
•Forklift experience (preferred) and exposure to related manufacturing maintenance areas such as injection molding, lockout/tag out, hot work, or working from heights (preferred).
•Ability to communicate verbally or in writing and lift up to 40 lbs.
