Key Responsibilities

  • •Process the monthly Swiss payroll together with another payroll specialist, ensuring quality, deadlines, and legal compliance.
  • •Handle complex payroll topics including source tax, social insurance, family allowances, and sickness/accident benefits.
  • •Reconcile payroll with payroll and finance accounts, ensuring a reliable link between payroll and financial accounting.
  • •Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities and internal/external audits while following internal control processes.
  • •Review and post HR invoices, assign cost centers, coordinate further processing with Finance and Shared Services, and support recurring payroll activities.

  • •Completed commercial training and relevant further education in payroll, social insurance, HR, or finance/accounting.
  • •Several years of solid professional experience in Swiss payroll.
  • •Very strong knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll.
  • •Experience reconciling payroll with financial accounting and understanding payroll, balance, and social insurance accounts.
  • •Excellent Excel skills and strong Swiss payroll and social insurance law knowledge.
