Generalist, Human Resources (HR for HR) (Fort Worth, TX, US)

Serve as an HR Generalist within the Global People Team, partnering with People Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to support employees and leaders. You’ll handle employee relations investigations, provide guidance on performance management, career development, counseling, and discipline, manage HR inquiries, and support compensation and benefits administration. You’ll also use data and metrics to improve HR policy, process, and training, and coordinate accommodations and onboarding plans.
