Job Summary

Support the CCO team by analyzing customer data and deriving actions to improve customer satisfaction. Help develop and validate reporting and analysis dashboards in Power BI or Infonea, including plausibility and code-based re-calculation with Python or R. Assist in rolling out new data platforms and cloud data pipelines, ensuring data quality and traceability, and support implementation of a deletion concept for an internal measurement program.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze customer data and derive strategic action areas to improve customer satisfaction.
•Develop and extend reporting and analysis dashboards in Power BI or Infonea, including plausibility checks and code-based verification of results.
•Support continuous development of methods and collaborate with other areas in the CCO team.
•Assist with the introduction and testing of new data platforms and data pipelines in modern cloud data architectures, ensuring data quality and traceability.
•Support implementation and operational execution of a deletion concept for the internal measurement program, including required tests and collaboration with Data Engineering.

Key Requirements

•You are studying math, physics, computer science, economics with a quantitative focus, or a comparable program.
•You ideally are in Bachelor (from the 2nd semester) or in a Master’s program.
•You can explain complex topics clearly and understandably.
•You are confident with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and have basic database knowledge (e.g., SQL).
•You have initial programming skills in R or Python (plus interest in data, digital tools, and dashboard/reporting environments).
