Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full lifecycle of big events from contract signature with sales/legal through final closing.
  • •Act as the main point of contact across stakeholders, coordinating internal teams to deliver on time.

  • •Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A to support user incidences handled by the user support team.
  • •Ensure all project goals have necessary documentation and provide onsite support during launches or key dates as needed.
