Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment including AHUs, RTUs, condensers, exhaust fans, VAV boxes, ductwork, boilers, chillers, and refrigeration systems.
  • •Perform regular preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency maintenance to minimize disruption to operations.
  • •Replace or clean HEPA filters and related components (pre-filters, belts, motors, sensors, dampers) to maintain system efficiency and cleanroom compliance.
  • •Monitor and correct environmental control conditions (temperature, relative humidity, differential pressure) and respond to out-of-spec alarms in coordination with QA/Validation/Facilities.
  • •Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service reports, and change records per SOPs and safety protocols, including support for cleanroom requalification activities.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent GED required, and must be at least 18 years of age with required proof of age documents.
  • •3+ years of industry experience and/or 5+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or field work with related skills.
  • •Knowledge and experience with HVAC systems, including heating/air conditioning, airflow specifications, boilers, and chillers; plus verifiable HVAC education and/or certification.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot machinery problems without supervision, and to document predictive/preventive maintenance data for process improvement.
  • •Ability to use business computer systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project Management, and to communicate effectively in spoken and written English (bilingual in Spanish preferred).
