Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, deploy, and promote occupational safety and health management programs, providing guidance to relevant departments.
  • •Ensure compliance with Taiwan regulations and MESH requirements by developing and implementing the MESH/ISO 45001 management system.
  • •Conduct risk assessments and implement effective controls for workplace environments and operations.
  • •Develop and implement programs for chemical management, contractor safety, PPE, emergency response, and management of change (MOC).
  • •Perform industrial hygiene monitoring and execute safety and health training; investigate incidents and serve as the designated site safety and health representative.
